Frequently Asked Questions and how I'm responding to COVID-19

As a one-person operation, I am fortunate to have an at-home studio and can still safely do everything I need to run my business. The only outside contact I have is purchasing art supplies from my local art store, and they have a great system in place for order ahead/curbside pickup so I can get what I need safely. (I also sanitize my supplies before bringing them into my studio, just in case).

I work with a fulfillment partner to manufacture and ship my prints and merchandise (throw pillows and phone cases). I'm in regular communication with them for the latest updates on whats going on. My fulfillment partner is still operating, so at this time I am still able to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping is taking a bit longer that normal (they are operating on reduced staffing), but your order should still get to you in the appropriate amount of time noted on the product page.

*Update* Throw pillows are temporarily taking 15-20 business days to ship.

According to the World Health Organization it is still safe to receive packages. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. (Just to be on the safe side, I've been disinfecting the packages I've received before bringing into my home).

Your support means a lot to me, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves,
